Concord Colony Review

The month of May is jam-packed with Holidays! We’d like to wish everyone a happy Eid-al Fit (May 1st), Teachers Day (May 3rd), Cinco de Mayo (May 5th), Mothers Day (May 8th), and Memorial Day (May 31st). Our Community strongly depends on diversity, teachers, mothers and veterans! Thank you for all that you do and have done!

CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations to our 1st winner of Yard of the month (announced on TownSquare)! We want to thank all the homeowners who take the time and expense to keep their property looking wonderful. It shows pride in your property, and in our community. THANK YOU!

__________

PARK

We are so glad our community members enjoy our park! The park was made for our smallest community members to have fun and enjoy the outdoors. Let us set the example for them by making sure we clean up after ourselves. Taking pride in our community by making sure trash is in the provided trash cans, and not allowing children to vandalize community property is a great standard to set.

__________

NOTICES

*Before doing exterior home improvements, please fill out a Modification Request Form you can find on TownSquare. You can find all the deed restrictions on Town Square.

**PET OWNERS** Please be responsible for picking up after your pets mess! We have had multiple complaints about owners not cleaning up after their pet OR not keeping their pet on a leash. Know that is against the law to not properly leash your pet.

DID YOU KNOW?

You can report a street light outage by going to centerpointenergy.com. There you’ll find an interactive map where you can enter your address or IP number located on each street light. You can also call 713-207-2222 or 800-332-7143 to report power outages, and street lights that are dim or do not work.

  • Posting lost/found animals on nextdoor.com is a great way to reunite animals with their families. But for animals that you know have been abandoned or wild animals its always a good idea to call animal control. 281-999-3191
  • Harris County non-emergency number is 713-221-6000. When reporting anything please ask dispatch to contact deputies from MUD 102. Our local Deputies enjoy talking to residents and there is no such thing as a nuisance report regardless if its a small car break in or a larger theft. They should be aware of what happens in our community.
  • If you see something say something
  • ALWAYS lock your car doors and never leave anything of value inside, especially
  • Have you joined us on Facebook? Another great way to contact neighbors, make announcements, and spread some joy!
