With construction set to begin in April 2025, Electric Pickle will occupy 14,484 square feet of space at 22590 Grand Circle Blvd., offering a unique blend of outdoor and indoor entertainment.

The Katy location will feature 8,090 square feet of patio dining, providing ample outdoor seating for guests to enjoy food and drinks while taking in the lively atmosphere. The venue’s two-story restaurant will feature a diverse, eclectic menu, offering everything from sushi rolls and Korean bowls to Neapolitan pizzas and Mexican street tacos. The emphasis on an international menu reflects the brand’s commitment to providing high-quality, flavorful food alongside its entertainment offerings.

The concept has already set its sights on expansion, with additional locations planned for cities such as Tempe, Arizona (opening December 2024), Las Vegas, and Roseville, California. The Katy location will also feature state-of-the-art AI gaming technology that enhances the pickleball experience at select courts, along with a golf simulator for added fun.
