Description
Precinct 5 Constable‘s Office is offering a self-defense class for women 18 and up. The class is structured to bring awareness and avoidance, and is broken into two three-hour sessions conducted over two consecutive days. Session one covers classroom instruction led by a female instructor to create a comfortable environment. Session two is a hands-on exercise that focuses on effective techniques designed to fend off an attacker and create escape opportunities.
