Description
The Precinct 5 Constable's Office is offering a self-defense class to women over 18. The class is structured to bring awareness and avoidance. The class is broken into two three-hour sessions conducted over two consecutive days. Session one covers classroom instruction lead by female instructors to help create a comfortable environment. Session two on Wednesday, May 1st, is hands-on exercises that focus on effective techniques designed to fend off an attacker and create escape opportunities. Registration is required.
