Constable Ted Heap's popular Women's Self-Defense Class is back, with a two-night class coming up on July 24th and 25th. With school starting up in August, this is a great time for college-bound women to learn how to protect themselves from potential threats.
The program combines theoretical instruction with hands-on training, covering everything from personal safety to self-defense techniques and strategies to enhance situational awareness.
