Westgate HOA Board Meeting

The board of directors meets every 4th Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm. The meetings are held at Richard and Meg Weekley Community Center located at 8440 Greenhouse Rd, Cypress, TX 77433. The facility is handicap-accessible.

Due to the pandemic, these meetings are currently being held virtually using Zoom.

At the meetings, board members report on the monthly finances of the Association and review the community reports provided by Inframark Management. Board agendas are posted on this website (in the News section) one week before each meeting.

If you wish to address the Board, please contact angela.bumann@inframark.com at least one day before the meeting to be placed on the agenda. Speakers must sign in at the meeting and will have five minutes each to address the Board.

Meetings are closed to comments at 6:30 pm to expedite Board business.

Annual Meeting

The March meeting is our Annual meeting. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. New Board members are elected at this meeting. Board members serve a two-year term. The current Board president delivers a “State of Westgate” speech, followed by an end-of-year financial update.
