Join neighbors for the Trees of Fort Bend County program at the pavilion in Willow Fork Park in Katy, where Fort Bend County Master Gardeners will share practical tips and lead a friendly tree walk.
Presented by Stacey Earley and Allison Dewees, this approachable session is perfect for anyone choosing a new tree for their yard or hoping to better care for the trees they already have. Expect people-first guidance on how to plant, prune, and care for a young tree during its first two years—plus real-world examples you can see in the park.
- Date & Time: Saturday, September 20, 2025, 9:00–10:00 AM (optional 30–40 minute guided tree walk immediately after)
- Location: Willow Fork Park pavilion, Katy, TX (northwest corner of 99/Grand Parkway & Cinco Ranch Blvd., north of Cinco Ranch High School)
