This a therapeutic and sensory-focused yoga class tailored for all children (neurodivergent and neurotypical). The class features playful themes, breath-work, movement, child poses and guided meditation, all led by a certified RCYT instructor, Jamie of Mindful Yoga.

This 60-minute session supports emotional regulation, helps build social skills, and boosts children's self-awareness in a calm, respectful space.

Space is limited and registration is required to attend. Registration will open on Saturday, August 30th at 10 am and close the day of the event.
