We look forward to seeing all members and others interested in learning more about The Arc of Katy at our annual general membership meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 13, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. The meeting will be held at The Arc of Katy Program Facility in Brookshire.
Cherie Duddridge, president of The Arc of Katy, will review 2021-2022 accomplishments, provide an update on our new building, and introduce new members and officers of our Board of Directors.
Laura Bromlow, certified elder law attorney and personal family lawyer, will discuss the importance of estate planning for families with children with special needs, including why special needs trusts are important.
Chip Entz, area director for Arosa Houston, will discuss the critical role that care managers play in maintaining or even enhancing the quality of life for the clients they serve while providing the client’s family with invaluable peace of mind.
