Teen Financial-Literacy Series: Insurance Basics

Join us at Mission Bend Branch Library for the Teen Financial-Literacy Series: Insurance Basics!

Students will get an overview of insurance types -- including health, auto, and renters’ – and why they are an important part of financial planning.

Over the next several months, Janelle Johnson -- from the Fort Bend County Extension Office -- will cover: maintaining a budget, credit management, credit cards, and types of insurance. 

• January 13 at 5 pm: Budgeting 101;
• February 3 at 5 pm: Credit Management;
• March 3 at 5 pm: Introduction to Credit Cards;
• April 7 at 5 pm: Insurance Basics;
