Led by Sifu Whit McClendon, a respected instructor with over 35 years of experience in Kung Fu and Tai Chi, the class focuses on accessible techniques rooted in the Yang style of Tai Chi. Participants will begin with simple breathing exercises to enhance balance, stress relief, and overall physical wellness.
