Fort Bend County Libraries, in collaboration with SEWA International – Houston AmeriCorps and Fort Bend County Health & Human Services, presents a comprehensive Disaster Preparedness Workshop on May 21, from 6:00 PM to 7:45 PM at Cinco Ranch Branch Library. This free, two-part workshop is designed to equip families with essential skills and knowledge to respond effectively during emergencies.
This 30-minute interactive session introduces young participants to various disasters and teaches them how to assist their families during such events. Children will receive:

This 1-hour presentation focuses on preparing for disasters such as hurricanes, floods, winter storms, heat waves, and pandemics. Adults will receive:

A certificate of completion
