The Pecan Tree Grafting Clinic, hosted by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office, is set for April 24 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This hands-on clinic offers valuable insights into improving your pecan tree's production and nut quality through expert grafting techniques.
Under the guidance of County Extension Horticulture Agent, Joseph (Jody) Taylor, and Dr. Monte Nesbitt, an Associate Professor & Extension Specialist, attendees will receive both indoor instruction and outdoor grafting demonstrations. Whether you’re a seasoned grower or new to pecan tree care, this event offers expert advice for grafting improved pecan varieties for greater yield.
