Join us at the Richard & Meg Weekley Community Center for the Nutrition & Physical Activity Program!
A registered dietitian from Harris County Public Health will talk about the principles of healthy eating, focusing on adding foods to a diet rather than cutting them out.
The class is followed by a cooking demo to apply the information learned and to help develop culinary skills with a delicious recipe. Registration is required.
