The Katy Rice Festival Parade strolls through the heart of Katy on Saturday, October 1st, 2022. Bring your family to see floats and vehicles in rice, historic or Katy-theme adornments. Prizes will be awarded to winners in “Best Use of Rice”, “Best in Show” and “Most Creative” categories. To apply to be in the parade, fill out this form.
