Katy 5k & Kids 1-Mile Run at Willow Fork Park

Runners, walkers, and families alike are invited to the Katy 5K & Kids’ 1-Mile Run on July 6 at Willow Fork Park—a free monthly event promoting health, wellness, and community connection. Starting at 7:00 AM, the event is open to all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're in it to race, stroll, volunteer, or cheer from the sidelines, there’s a place for you.

Hosted by the Katy Free 5K Run, a grassroots fitness initiative sponsored by the Athlete Care Association

• A 5K community run for adults and teens
• A fun 1-mile run designed especially for kids
• Complimentary drinks and light refreshments
• Exciting raffle prizes for participants
• A friendly and supportive atmosphere for runners of all experience levels

The start and finish line for both runs is located in the Main Parking Lot of Willow Fork Park, making it easy for families to participate together.
