GriefShare - Loss Of A Loved One

Christ Family Church is hosting the GriefShare support group, a 13-week program designed to guide participants through the emotional challenges of grief. Starting on February 4th, this group provides a compassionate, welcoming environment where individuals can find understanding, healing, and support.

• A safe, non-judgmental space to share your experiences and emotions
• Learn what to expect in the days ahead and discover what’s "normal" in grief
• Gain practical advice on coping with grief in its unpredictable stages
• Solid support and encouragement every step of the way

The group is open to all, and you can join at any time during the 13-week journey. While participation is free, a small fee of $15-$25 is requested to cover the cost of the participant workbook.
