Spring Creek Greenway Nature Center invites nature lovers to a special educational event on July 31 at 11:00 AM: a live owl presentation by Friends of Texas Wildlife. This free program offers a rare opportunity to meet a live Barred Owl while learning about owl conservation.
Presented by Friends of Texas Wildlife, a nonprofit dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of native Texas wildlife, the event explores how owls contribute to natural pest control by hunting snakes, lizards, and rodents. Visitors will also learn simple ways to coexist peacefully with owls.
