Free Costume Swap at Cinco Ranch Library
2620 Commercial Center Blvd
Katy ,TX 77494
Join neighbors for the Free Costume Swap at the Cinco Ranch Branch Library in Katy, where families can “re-spook, re-wear, and re-scare” together this Halloween season.
Held in the library’s Meeting Room, this community swap makes it easy to refresh your family’s costume lineup without spending a dime—just in time for fall festivals, trick-or-treating, and school events. Expect a friendly, browse-and-swap vibe with plenty of creative inspiration for all ages.
- How It Works: Donate clean, gently used costumes (newborn–adult) with all accessories during Drop-Off Week (October 1–13) to receive one voucher per costume for early entry on swap day.
- What to Bring: Your voucher (if you have one) and any clean, complete costumes to contribute; consider a reusable bag for your “new-to-you” finds.
- More Info: Call 281-395-1311 or visit Fort Bend County Libraries online.
Costumes must be freshly laundered, free of damage, and bagged with all accessories. Arrive early for the best selection, and please only take what your family will use so everyone can find something fun.
