Elder Justice Program Advance Planning Seminar (1 of 3)

With rising levels of financial exploitation, it is important to have financial safeguards in place. The Houston-Galveston Area Council Elder Justice Program is bringing free advance planning seminars to our center. Licensed attorneys will create the legal documents that allow the senior's decisions to take effect when they no longer have the capacity to handle it alone.

• May 8: Durable Power of Attorney, Guardianship, Disposition of Remains
• May 15: Medical Forms Advance Directive and Medical Power of Attorney
• May 22: Sign prepared documents and get them notarized for free. Registration is required.
