
DEA National Prescription Take Back Day at CFISD Police Department

The CFISD Police Department Mental Health Intervention Team is joining forces with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place at the CFISD Police Department headquarters located at 11200 Telge Rd., Cypress, TX 77429.
This important initiative provides community members a safe, anonymous way to dispose of unused or expired medications—keeping harmful drugs out of homes and protecting the environment. The effort also highlights the district’s ongoing support for Suicide Prevention Awareness by reducing risks associated with unsecured medications.
