Crawfest comes to the Fairfield Plaza Farmers Market … featuring Louisiana-style crawfish and a Cajun explosion of authentic gumbo, jambalaya, crawfish boudin, awarded winning vendors, great drink experience, Food Truck, 30ft Organic veggie table and more.
