As part of its vibrant Color Our World Series, Lone Star College – CyFair Library presents a live theatrical treat for young audiences—Books Alive Theater Production of The Gnarlies—on June 11. Recommended for ages 3 and up, this whimsical performance will be offered in two sessions at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
Based on the book by Keith Graves, the story follows the Gnarlies—three spirited dump dwellers who try to transform themselves after a visit from a snooty butterfly. When their garbage-made cocoons don’t deliver the beauty they expected, the Gnarlies learn that true self-worth comes from within.

Free tickets required for each session. Tickets are available in the Kids Corner 30 minutes before showtime, with a 250-person limit per session.
