Families in Champions Park, Champions Forest, FM 1960, and surrounding northwest Houston neighborhoods are invited to kick off the 2026 summer swim season at the Champions Park Stars Swim Team Registration Event on Sunday, March 29 from 3:00–5:00 PM at the Champions Park Clubhouse.
The Champions Park Stars Swim Team is the neighborhood summer league swim team representing the Champions Park community and competing in the B3 Division of the Northwest Aquatic League (NWAL). The team welcomes swimmers ages 4–18 and focuses on helping young athletes stay active, improve their swimming skills, and build friendships while enjoying a fun and supportive team environment.
During this family-friendly registration event, both returning swim families and those new to the program can learn more about the upcoming season and meet the people who make the team possible.
What to Expect at the Registration Event
Families attending the event will be able to:
- Register swimmers for the 2026 Champions Park Stars summer swim season
- Meet the Champions Park Stars swim coaches
- Connect with other local swim families in the community
- Meet key volunteers and learn how to get involved

The swim team practices and hosts meets at the Champions Park HOA Pool, located within the Champions Park neighborhood in northwest Houston.
Who Can Join the Champions Park Stars Swim Team
The Champions Park Stars Swim Team welcomes swimmers from Champions Park and nearby neighborhoods throughout northwest Houston. In accordance with Northwest Aquatic League (NWAL) rules, swimmers from communities without their own swim teams — or whose teams allow participation elsewhere — are also invited to join.
The summer swim season typically runs from mid-April through the end of June, featuring weekday swim practices and Saturday swim meets against other NWAL teams across northwest Houston.
Families who know children interested in joining a youth summer swim team near Champions Park, Champions Forest, Klein, or FM 1960 are encouraged to share this event with friends and neighbors.
