Celebration of Dance by Houston Repertoire Ballet

Celebration of Dance 2023 will feature Giselle Act 2 — the classic, ghost-filled ballet set to music by Adolphe Adam; Paper Suite — have you heard the news? There are new girls in town in this playful paper-themed panoply; Vivaldi’s Four Seasons — Vivaldi’s masterful score brought to life through the grace, elegance, and strength of classical ballet; as well as Rose Colored Melody — a light-hearted frolic into spring set to a medley of Patsy Cline favorites you’ll be “Crazy” about, featuring original choreography by JoDee Engle.

Houston Repertoire Ballet prepares to say adieu to its senior dancers. We are pleased to honor: Rebecca Blake, Covenant Academy; Carolina Hauger, Memorial High School; Hannah Sanders, Tomball Memorial High School; Camilla Vacek, Cypress Woods High School; Katelyn Hurst, Concordia Lutheran High School; Michelle Campoy, Cypress Ranch High School; Jackie Salas, Cypress Woods High School; and Sam Morris, homeschooled. These talented seniors are greatly appreciated and will be missed next year!
