Bradford Colony 1 & 2 Annual Meeting

Our annual meeting is set on Wednesday, 11/2/22 at 7:00 pm at the M.U.D. 102 building (15300 Falmouth, Houston). The objective of the annual meeting is to elect and fill open board positions, present the 2023 budget for homeowner’s approval, discuss various exciting improvement projects completed or going to happen, and of course, to meet and hear from our homeowners any suggestions, ideas, or problems they may have. The Board would really like to have enough homeowners to come to this meeting so we can reach quorum. If you cannot come in person, please mail in your proxy to PMG (address is on the annual meeting letter) no later than 5pm 11/1/2022. Please be sure to sign and date the proxy and clearly print your address and name on it so it can be counted towards quorum.
