On July 24, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., the John Paul Landing Environmental Education Center in Cypress invites families and nature enthusiasts to explore the fascinating world of beavers during its Beavers: A Keystone Species program.
The Environmental Education Center offers hands-on environmental learning and outdoor exploration for all ages. This event highlights the important role of beavers as keystone species—organisms that have a disproportionately large effect on their ecosystems.
