Every mile makes a difference at the Miles 4 Matthew 5K/10K & Family Walk, returning to Katy on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at No Label Brewing Co. This annual fundraiser blends fitness, fun, and community spirit while honoring Matthew’s legacy and supporting families facing pediatric cancer.
The race honors Matthew, a brave 9-year-old who lost his life to leukemia after years of fighting with resilience and positivity. Even through relapse, he continued to learn, play, and bring joy to those around him. His family and friends founded Miles 4 Matthew to carry on his legacy by supporting families facing pediatric cancer and spreading hope in the community.
Participants are encouraged to come dressed in their best Halloween costumes for a festive day of running, walking, and fundraising. Whether you’re tackling the chip-timed 5K or 10K, joining the 1K kids & family walk, or logging your miles virtually from home, this event is open to everyone.
