Members of the HPCA are invited to the Annual HPCA Members Meeting on Thursday, January 25th, at 7:30pm at the Community Center.
Present at this meeting will be members of the HPCA Board of Directors, the HPCA attorney and associate(s) and all four HPCA contract Deputy Constables if available. The 2024 Budget will be presented, no specific reports are given at this meeting. Because no other parties submitted resumes to run for the two BOD seats, Shelly Schmitz and Jill Yeager will retain their positions on the board by acclamation (Tx Property Code Chapter 209.0058(c)). Please note that since these two seats are uncontested, there will not be an election following the Annual Members Meeting.
