An Evening Under the Stars

Registration Required. In September, we will start at 7 p.m. with a presentation about the upcoming eclipses by Houston Astronomical Society member Don Adams. “An Evening Under the Stars” is a monthly event hosted by Houston Astronomical Society in partnership with Harris County Precinct 4. Enjoy night sky activities and the opportunity to view objects through a variety of different types of telescopes. Members of the Houston Astronomical Society are excited to share their love of astronomy and answer any questions you may have about this fascinating hobby. Upon arrival, please check-in with an HCP4 Park Naturalist at the Environmental Education Center. If you have your own binoculars, spotting scope, or telescope, we encourage you to bring them.
