Join us at the Cinco Ranch Branch Library for the After-School Break: Foaming Fake Snow!
Join us for a fun program to explore new topics and learn new skills every first and third Wednesday of the month.
This month is: Foaming Fake Snow. Learn about to "make snow" anytime with common household kitchen supplies. Construct a snowman or two and then watch them "melt" away.
