Join us at the Steve Radack Community Center for Advanced Tai Chi!
Led by a volunteer instructor, this exercise class includes a series of slow movements, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing.
The advanced class explores tai chi theory and students must have a basic understanding of the movements.
