Description
If you are 50+, join us for a fun-filled outing day provided in conjunction with Harris County Precinct 3. We will head to Bryan at 9am to tour the Carnegie History Center and explore its vast array of historical materials, including a brief amount of research time in the Genealogy Collection. Next will be lunch and shopping downtown (on your own). Afterward, we will explore the cultural history exhibits at the Brazos Valley African American Museum. Entry fee $4. We plan to arrive about at the library around 4:30.
