City Place hosts a Halloween puppet show for all ages. Mr. Leo's Puppet Show offers a playful, spooky-free afternoon for kids and families at City Place in Spring.
Two sessions on Saturday, and one additional show on Sunday. Be sure to arrive early for seats.
