In mid-November, homeowners will receive their annual bill for HOA fees. At $300/lot, NCCIA fees are some of the lowest in Harris County. They are due by the end of the year. Please note that if you pay with a credit card, there will be a small surcharge. Please pay on time to avoid late fees.
