Elixir Muscle Recovery, with locations in various states across the country, focuses on assisting in speedy recovery and injury prevention for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The company, established by Jason Brown, was born from the alarming surge in young sports players' injuries due to escalating demands of club and school sports. Elixir’s protocols have since proven successful, decreasing injury rates by as much as 85% over a single sports season.

The newly opened facility in Cypress is located inside the Temple Training Center, featuring amenities like two high school regulation basketball courts, one NBA regulation court, a Pro Shop & Lounge featured by Villain Soles, a weight room, whirlpool therapy room, and of course, the Elixir Recovery Room.

Founded by Coach Anthony Willis, a dedicated athlete and mentor, Coach Willis launched the Temple Training Center to offer professional guidance in fitness and basketball. Originally established in September 2013 as TBT Sports, the organization has since expanded to include AAU boy's basketball, small group training, outreach initiatives, and a volunteering program. Drawing inspiration from his personal journey and the loss of his mother, Coach Willis created TBT Sports as a platform to guide young athletes on their paths to becoming better athletes and individuals.
