We have been receiving a lot of complaints about roof rats in our neighborhood. Just as an FYI, roof rats commonly live in the dead fronds of Palm trees. If your tree has dead fronds, please trim them to remove this habitat.
Speaking of palm trees, if yours did not survive the recent freeze, please remove it as soon as possible. Dead trees detract from the beauty of our neighborhood (and our home values).
