Nottingham Country Residents Invited to August 13 Board Meeting
Nottingham Country residents will have an opportunity to stay informed and take part in neighborhood discussions when the Nottingham Country Community Association, Inc. Board of Directors holds its next monthly meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
The meeting will take place at the Mason Creek Community Center, located at 20201 Kingsland Blvd. in Katy. An executive session will begin at 6 p.m., followed by the open session for residents at 7 p.m.
For homeowners, attending an Nottingham Country board meeting is one of the most direct ways to learn about decisions and projects that may affect the neighborhood, including community maintenance, association finances, property standards and other local priorities. Residents are encouraged to attend in person, ask questions and hear updates directly from the board.
Nottingham Country board meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of each month and are limited to a maximum of two hours.

How to Request a Future Agenda Item
Residents who would like the board to consider an issue at a future meeting should contact Property Manager Cassandra Perez at least two weeks before the monthly meeting.
