SANTA in the PARK

Bring your kids and grandkids to meet Santa in the Park on Saturday, December 11th from 10 AM-12 PM. This will be in Section I Park - Refreshments will be served. Santa mentioned there might be a Snowball fight again this year!

BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Beginning in the next few months - CenterPoint will be upgrading the existing Street Lights to LED lights. The installation will occur during the late evening and night by CenterPoint personnel. LED streetlights use 50-60 percent less energy, lower greenhouse gases by 5 percent, less maintenance, increases visibility and reduces the HOA electrical costs.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW committee (ACC) AND HOME IMPROVEMENTS

The September 2021 legislative changes to Section 209505 of the Texas Property Code requires Homeowner Associations create a separate (from the Board of Directors) Architectural Review Authority. The Architectural Review Authority will be responsible to review and approve modifications and improvement requests to your property.

Any improvement or modification to your home’s appearance as seen from the street, MUST have an Home Improvement Request Form submitted to Associa Property Management Group (PMG) for the Architectural Review Authority to review and approve PRIOR to starting ANY work. This includes replacements of your roof, fencing, exterior painting, home additions, major landscape modifications, etc.

The Home Improvement Form can be found on Townsq.io under Tools, Documents, Association Documents, Jamestown Colony ACC.pdf. Instructions for submitting the form are included in the document.
