Please pay your annual HOA dues; you should have received the invoice in November. If you didn’t receive your bill, please email Cassandra Perez: cperez@chaparralmanagement.com.
At $300/lot, NCCIA fees are some of the lowest in Harris County. Late fees will be added starting in February.
