Fort Bend County Presents Special Deputy Badge to Shaquille O'Neal

Sheriff Eric Fagan on behalf of the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office is honored to present Shaquille O’Neal with an honorary Special Deputy badge in recognition of his continued support of law enforcement agencies and his contributions to communities across the nation.
Over the years, the basketball legend has selflessly given to a number of associations to help support police officers here in Texas and across the country, including those injured in the line of duty. Shaq has also been known for his random acts of kindness, donations to youth organizations, and support of our nation’s troops.
Most recently, the expansion of Shaquille’s restaurant, Big Chicken, in Richmond, Texas is creating exciting new job opportunities and helping to further the economic growth of Fort Bend County.
