Tomball Spring Cleanup Week Kicks Off April 17

April 05 2023

Each year, the City of Tomball hosts the annual Spring Cleanup Week in April in conjunction with Earth Day. Throughout the week, the City offers a free chipping service for brush and small limbs as well as providing an additional drop off location for hard-to-dispose-of items. The week culminates with the City's Consolidated Recycling Day event, a one-day drive-thru recycling event at Lone Star College - Tomball.

2023 Spring Cleanup Week

Monday, April 17 to Saturday, April 22

Free Chipping Service

The City will provide free chipping service for brush and small limbs during Spring Cleanup Week (Monday through Friday). Residents must call 281-290-1425 by April 14 to schedule their chipping service appointment.

Specs for Limbs/Brush:
  • Make sure to turn all limbs the same direction.
  • Limit the size to 6 to 8 feet in length and no more than 6 inches in diameter.
  • Place all limbs and brush near the road, but not in the roadway.

Landfill Drop Offs
