FBC MUD 133 Announces Upcoming Board Meeting for Lakes of Bella Terra Residents

September 23 2025

Residents of Lakes of Bella Terra will soon have an opportunity to stay informed about their community’s water, drainage, and infrastructure management.

Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District 133 (FBCMUD 133) has scheduled its next board meeting for Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the offices of Allen Boone Humphries Robinson, LLP, located at 3200 Southwest Freeway, Suite 2600, Houston, Texas 77027.

FBCMUD 133 plays a vital role in maintaining essential services for Lakes of Bella Terra, including water, sewer, drainage, and irrigation systems. The district also oversees community common areas such as lakes, water fountains, and storm drains. These meetings provide residents with insight into how the district is managing current projects, addressing community needs, and planning for the future.

Resident Reminders

The district asks residents to report:

  • Irrigation leaks in common areas
  • Damaged concrete at manholes or storm drains
  • Issues with lakes or fountains

Reports can be made by calling 281-290-6500. Additionally, residents are reminded not to dispose of trash or chemicals into street drains, as this can damage infrastructure and impact local waterways.

Why Attend the Meeting?

Attending MUD board meetings gives homeowners a chance to hear updates directly from district officials, learn about ongoing maintenance or new projects, and voice any concerns about community services. For Lakes of Bella Terra residents, these sessions are an important way to stay connected to decisions that impact neighborhood quality of life.
