FBJSL Opens 2026 Scholarship Applications to Empower Fort Bend County Women and Students
The Fort Bend Junior Service League (FBJSL) has officially opened the application period for its 2026 scholarship program, continuing its commitment to support educational opportunities for women and students across Fort Bend County. Applications are due by March 1, 2026.
As part of its long-standing dedication to community service, FBJSL will award up to six $1,000 Volunteer Scholarships to local high school seniors and one $2,000 New Beginnings Scholarship to a woman returning to school. These scholarships highlight FBJSL’s core mission of promoting volunteerism, empowering women, and improving lives in Fort Bend County through education and leadership.
Since the program’s launch in 2008, FBJSL has awarded more than $70,000 in scholarships, directly benefitting over 60 local women and students. Each year, the League’s scholarship program recognizes individuals who have shown a deep commitment to volunteerism, personal growth, and community involvement—values that have shaped FBJSL since its founding in 2000.
