West Memorial HOA Board Welcomes Three New Board Members
In a vote that reinforces community spirit and resident involvement, West Memorial homeowners have elected three new members to serve on the neighborhood's HOA Board. Julie Gonzales, Lindy Rajput, and Elizabeth Cortes emerged as the winners in the May 2025 election, officially taking on leadership roles that will help shape the future of the West Memorial community.
These newly elected board members join during a time when HOA participation is more important than ever, with residents increasingly invested in neighborhood improvements, beautification, and maintaining property values.
A Call for Resident Engagement
To foster transparency and give residents a voice in ongoing decisions, the West Memorial HOA encourages all homeowners to attend its monthly meetings. These gatherings take place on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM at the West Memorial clubhouse.
Regular board meetings are an opportunity for residents to learn about neighborhood updates, share input on community concerns, and get to know the board members representing them.

Why HOA Involvement Matters
As HOA boards handle responsibilities ranging from budget planning and vendor contracts to community guidelines and amenity maintenance, being part of or attending these meetings allows homeowners to stay informed and engaged. Whether it’s about security, landscaping, or upcoming community events, the board plays a key role in keeping West Memorial a desirable place to live.
The May 2025 HOA election results bring a fresh wave of energy and dedication to these efforts.
Stay Involved, Stay Informed
West Memorial residents are encouraged to show their support not just at the ballot box, but through consistent attendance at HOA board meetings. Community progress thrives when more voices are heard and more neighbors come together to discuss and plan for the future.
