Remington Ranch Launches 2025 Halloween Decorating Contest with Gift Card Prizes

October 14 2025

Remington Ranch is about to get a lot spookier—and more spirited—as the community kicks off its annual All Hallows Eve Halloween Decorating Contest for 2025. This resident-favorite event is more than just pumpkins and porch lights—it's a chance for neighbors to show their creativity, build community pride, and win gift cards in the process.

Hosted by the Remington Ranch HOA in partnership with Crest Management, the contest is open to all residents living within the community. Homeowners are encouraged to decorate their homes and yards with their most festive, eerie, or imaginative Halloween displays.

To enter, participants must submit three nighttime photos of their decorated home to Tammymc@crest-managment.com by Friday, October 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Entries must also include the resident’s name, address, and phone number.

Three winners will be selected and recognized during the October 30th Remington Ranch Board Meeting. Each will receive a gift card prize and, perhaps more importantly, the seasonal title of neighborhood Halloween champion.

The contest rules emphasize nighttime photos so that judges—and neighbors—can appreciate the glowing ghosts, flickering pumpkins, and spooky lighting that bring these displays to life after dark.

This annual contest is part of a growing tradition in Remington Ranch that blends holiday fun with neighborhood connection. It's a lighthearted way for families, kids, and longtime residents alike to take part in the festivities while expressing their personal flair.

Whether your style is classic jack-o’-lanterns or full haunted house, this contest offers an opportunity to light up the block and share a little Halloween cheer with the whole community.

Stay tuned to My Neighborhood News for updates and the announcement of winners after the October 30 board meeting!
