The $950,000 renovation project will transform 6,329 square feet of existing shell space into a B-Occupancy outpatient clinic focused on sports medicine, physical therapy, and rehabilitation services.
Construction is expected to begin March 4, 2026, with completion projected for October 14, 2026, according to state filings. The project is privately funded and located on private land for private use.
