Katy Rice Harvest Festival Parade Registration Now Open

Attention all parade enthusiasts! It's time to get your creative juices flowing and decorate those floats and vehicles because applications for the Katy Rice Harvest Festival parade are OPEN!

The Katy Rice Harvest Festival is set to take place from October 13 through 15 in Historic Town Square in front of Katy City Hall. Presented by the City of Katy and The Rotary Club of Katy, this beloved festival is a celebration of all things Katy, including its history, longstanding community culture and its best asset - its people. That's why 100% of net proceeds go back into the Katy community through opportunities like Scholarships, Non-Profit Organizations, and Charities.

The Katy Rice Festival Parade will kick off the event on Saturday, October 7 as floats stroll through the heart of Katy. The entry fee is $25.00 for each entry; non-profit groups and schools are FREE. All parade entries are encouraged to decorate floats and vehicles, notably with rice, historic, or Katy theme. Trophies will be awarded to select parade teams based on the following categories:

Most Creative
