CFISD Super Senior Card Connects Colonies Residents With Sports, Fine Arts and More
Cypress-Fairbanks ISD offers older residents much more than a place in the stands through its Super Senior Card. The free program helps eligible adults in Colonies enjoy school athletics, student performances and several educational services across the district.
According to CFISD’s Senior Citizen Discounts program, the Super Senior Card is available to district residents age 60 and older.
Cardholders receive free admission to CFISD athletic events at district facilities, excluding playoff games. They may also attend student fine arts performances at no charge, although fundraisers and sold-out performances are excluded.
The program has also offered eligible seniors access to participating high school libraries and student-provided services through certain district career and technical education programs. Availability, appointments and service costs may vary by campus.
How to Obtain a CFISD Super Senior Card
Eligible residents can apply at the Mark Henry Administrative Building, located at 11440 Matzke Road in Cypress, during regular business hours.
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Applicants should bring photo identification showing proof of residence within CFISD. Additional information is available by calling the district at 281-897-4000.
Cardholders should review individual event information before attending, particularly for playoffs, fundraisers or performances that may reach capacity.
Connection Across Generations
The Super Senior Card can help older adults build more activity and variety into their routines. Games, concerts, theatrical productions and other school events create opportunities to meet neighbors, enjoy local talent and remain engaged with the community.
When residents from Colonies attend, they also provide something valuable to students: an audience that extends beyond parents and classmates. Their applause and encouragement demonstrate that the community is invested in students’ growth and accomplishments.
For eligible adults in Colonies, the CFISD Super Senior Card is both a practical benefit and an invitation to become a familiar, supportive presence in local schools. Learn more at cfisd.net.
