Responsibilities of the At-Large Position
The Council Member At-Large represents all Fulshear residents, rather than a specific district. This citywide role involves helping shape policy, reviewing the city’s budget, overseeing key infrastructure concerns, and ensuring that decisions reflect the needs of the entire community. With Fulshear’s rapid growth, this position is especially important in shaping long-term development strategies and addressing shared services like water, transportation, and public safety.
